The Boilerhouse Gallery is a small co-operative gallery in a workshop setting, celebrating the work of Purbeck artists. The Gallery is easy to find opposite the Corfe Castle railway station in what was once the local ‘milk factory’.
Set up and run by local artists, many of whom have their workshop or studio on site, there has been a gallery here since 2002. We have recently given the space a facelift, with new artists joining us.

Ian’s workshop, situated in the beautiful Dorset village of Corfe Castle, is in a wonderfully atmospheric 18th Century Blacksmith’s Forge.
Here he creates unique hand built ceramic designs in stoneware, porcelain and raku, basing most of his ideas on observations of natural forms, such as pods, shells and pebbles.
Finished work can be bought direct from his Workshop, just 200 yards up from the Village Square.
