Corfe Castle for Beaches and Swimming.
The 4-mile beach at Studland (National Trust), only 10 minutes from Corfe Castle offers the finest sandy and swimming beach on the English Channel. Part of the beach can be used for sailing and water sports, canoeing and pedalos. There is an excellent National Trust centre for food and drinks, information centre and shop.
Further away towards the Ferry, part of the beach is designated for naturists and is Britain’s most popular nudist beach. It is a 15-minute walk from the Knoll Beach car park or the road to the Ferry.
Swanage has a large sandy beach, which is good for swimming, and part is reserved for water sports. There are plenty of refreshment and entertainment facilities along the beach.
